- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have tried a dozen times to take my PRE-PAID ups packages here...and every time the employees are rude, no hello, no your welcome, no thank yous, no aknowlegment, emplyees have been unwilling let me use a loading cart, unwilling to help open the door when I have a big heavy box and no cart, and now I just asked if I could use their tape to tape on the shipping label after paying $165.00 shipping and was told "we don't let customers use tape guns".
