Trying to pay off a bill for a closed account and they required a 30+ minute wait while there were other bankers sitting around and standing around talking and doing nothing. There is no sense of urgency for customer service. Consistently terrible service. It is never a quick trip to this bank. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Slow location each time I visit and need a teller it's a 15-20 min wait but B of A has been pushing for more online and phone banking. Feels unsafe with the armed security out front in a good area overall.
