- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I don't know why all the negativity. These were Some of the friendliest people I ever met. Especially Joseph Nola, he has a satisfying answer to any question you may have. He might sound condescending sometimes, but believe me he is not. Of course there is a wait time, you are not the only person using Bank of America. Schedule an appointment a day or two before and you won't have to wait a second. Don't blame them for your lack of foresight. The manager, Ariana is so funny, even if you have a wait time, she will make sure you are not bored. Then there is Saba, wanna feel like talking to an old friend? Go to Saba.
