  Awful, totally inept people. They've misdelivered packages of mine and blatantly refused to help me any further. The staff at this post office is openly hostile, demeaning, and just aggressively bad at their jobs. They've started yanking all my mail out of my mailbox because they stuff too much junk mail in it for any more to fit, but there's no notification that they're holding your mail - you just have to figure out that they're holding it at the post office before 10 days are up and they return it all to sender. This had never happened in the months leading up to this summer, but now all of a sudden I'm waiting for mail and wondering where it is, only to find out that the mail service has sent it back without even delivering it to my box. These people need to be investigated, but good luck getting any decisive action out of the USPS over the phone. I'm just paying for UPS mailbox and waiting for the USPS to finish its bankruptcy death spiral.

  Great experience at the post office. Man who helped me didn't have a name tag on, but he was helpful and pleasant. Andrea was there too and she is always a delightful person. I watched her interactions with customers, and she was very friendly, helpful, and respectful. Like others, I have had less than pleasant experiences here, but Andrea is always a sweetheart and the man who helped me was very good as well.
