  This company / attorney is nothing more than a bottom feeding mud sucker. They represent credit card companies as "glorified collectors" and will take you to court to make your life miserable. They intimidate people with their legal letters, and won't let you talk to a real attorney at their firm, only the level one representatives. I attempted to make "arrangements" with this company only to be taken to court BEFORE I could make my first payment. Not to mention they aren't very good at delivering the notifications in a timely manner.... no server- just regular mail (and we know how dependable that can be). When I went to their office is Scottsdale you can't even get inside. They have a bullet proof front "receiving" area where you have to put your paperwork in a metal tray. The door looks like a vault... Now tell me, would a respectable business have to be that secure or is that the image of a shady operation. If you have an "account" with them... watch out- they are shady, underhanded, and don't care about you at all! This company should lose its ability to "practice law".....
